Do I need to visit you at your office?

Most consultations are in person at our office; however, if this is not possible, we can arrange telephone/Zoom consultations or family member visits if necessary. Please call our office or WhatsApp at 00971503159583, and one of our team members will be happy to discuss your requirements.

What are your Business hours?

Our office hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9:30 am – 4.00 pm, with a lunch break between 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. We take pride in returning calls within 24 hours or less. So, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we assure you that we’ll respond as promptly as possible.

Do you charge for Consultations?

Our consultation fees are AED1000; however, if you choose to instruct us, this will be deducted from your final bill of costs.

Please note we do not take walk-in appointments, and you must make an appointment with one of our solicitors to initiate matters.

 

 What will the legal fees cost me?

We offer highly competitive rates without compromising on quality. You have a range of funding options available, including hourly private client rates, conditional fees, and a fixed fee basis. When we take on your case, we will explain which funding method is appropriate and available to you. If there are any costs to you at all, we will ensure that you are fully aware of how our fees are calculated and keep you informed as they are incurred.

 

What is expected of me as a client of your firm?

We always require complete and accurate information to give you the best advice. Your responsibilities to us include:

You will provide us with clear, timely and precise instructions.

You will promptly provide all information and documentation required by us.

You will safeguard all documents relevant to the matter until they are completed.

You must notify us of a change of name or address.

You must take all reasonable steps to follow our advice.
